The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 電影其實很簡單，情緒也給予的很到位。但是缺少了這種困境式動作的緊張感，而且角色的成長其實都很突如其來，我不知道這部電影用了多少成本，但其有限的呈現方式，確實看得出電影再處理事件方式上很省略。

总之，这部还挺现实的，，同性恋并不是单纯的幻想中的bl和百合这样，，
自由的代价是非常昂贵的，除了需要得到绝大多数人的支持，而且还需要革命者牺牲。
角色工具人气息太重，人物情感变化也很生硬，最后早应该直接黑幕的，居然先加一波手撕鬼子似的枪战，让主角前期刻画的形象也有点分裂。整部电影感觉是借着显示故事外壳拍的政治正确的片，除了麻痹黑人和让大部分白左展示一下道德优越感，毫无其他更深的探讨。
