第一部老兵是在自家对抗3个盗贼，老兵对自家结构烂熟于心，所以自然有胜算，孤身对抗3个年轻人有可信度。而续集则将老兵打造成了盲人版的《飓风营救》，不仅在自家里，还奔赴毫不熟悉的反派家中，先后孤身对抗近十个亡命徒，这样的设定太过英雄化，没什么可信度。
