The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 故事裡年少時無憂無慮的愛大概都沒有什麼刻骨銘心的事 也許更多只是朋友以上日日夜夜的陪伴 「永遠的好朋友」 儘管當刻在操場上能衝動（鼓起勇氣？）「動地驚天愛戀過」 又敵不過下一刻的悔過書 莫名 成長後的漸行漸遠最後（成熟有禮又扎心的客套地）送上祝福才是真實的距離

越拍越好，校园那段前半部分拍得太差了，后面各种画面剪辑配乐旁白意象突然上线，甚至让我感觉不是同一个人拍的
其实对于S的选择不是不能理解，但是电影没能很好的说服观众，一段学生时期的恋情多半会时过境迁，双方都走出来再面对遗憾可能会更有认同感。
