The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 不错但没那么好。拍的不够亲切，但这些生活治愈的小故事需要更强的亲切感。有点疏离，会让我不够专心。

such a beautiful movie in its own right. magically, first time feel right to have a movie in black and white. often thought childhood is the most carefree period and forgot it's also almost the most sensitive time, compelled to take in the turbulences from surrounding environments, and struggled to cope as much as adults, so not really an easy time in retrospect. this movie covers this topic with such tenderness and well crafted structure, nicely done

跟着导演的视角变化 对过去与未来不断问询 试图寻找答案 又在平静的接受着自己的生活 随着受访者和城市街道的变化 导演内心的平静从未改变 华金菲尼克斯对细腻名干的内心捕捉的到位深刻 但导演对现实和问题没有加入很多自己的思考 没有点题和深化主旨
蛮特别的电影，看起来真的有些辛苦。毕竟跟现实比较，就不太能认可了。

一部很有设计感的电影，将虚与实镶嵌起来呈现。一面是，一个编导去记录，生活在不同社会环境和家庭氛围中的未成年人的想法的过程；另一面是，一个叔叔和他年仅9岁的侄儿，如何从巨大的年龄差异中，摸索出共通的人生脉络的经历。
