剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     其实本身主体变成了YA/teen向，像是(没看过的)《怪奇物语》，巧在卡司也有重合。确实有趣，但置换于乡村似乎少了些原本“城市”甚至直接是狭义NYC的气质。原版各类致敬和双彩蛋补足情怀因为本身不是很喜欢这个IP而get不到。多的一星来自看到已经逝去的演员是这版重启与续集的楔子，最后特效亡灵会共情到这个月初生命中永别的人。

    纪念意义胜于剧情。前半段有点像青春版GhostBusters，后半段本以为会来个惊天动地的群魔乱舞，可惜那个长得一点也不苏美尔的Boss太弱，毫无压迫感。全片除了水熊虫幽灵、棉花糖幽灵、两只大牛头狗外就没别的怪了。倒是复刻的车子和电击枪很带感。大人普遍降智，倒是麦肯娜·格瑞丝演的菲比（工装裤+技术宅！）真仙啊，撑起全剧角色亮点。
