The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 外国科幻片都是《2001太空漫游》《银翼杀手2049》《升级》《机械姬》《绝密档案》《吾乃母亲》这种硬科幻。
好消息是MoreVFX特效又神了，壞消息是致敬《楚門的世界》又沒敢展開，將孤獨感無害化，「獨行」的概念半途停在字面。
很不错，导演的画面和剧情科幻感还是很足，沈腾的文戏演的挺带感的，笑点不算密集但是适合全家看，剧情内涵比喜剧更深一点。

对喜剧的唯一一个评判标准就是它够不够搞笑，至少我在电影院笑趴了，这就足够了
