The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 整部剧的基调是自由主义式的，或许这才是正确对抗恐怖主义的途径。用融合代替隔离，用积极代替阴郁，用好好生活代替暴力反应。这部剧是在支离破碎中开出的鲜花，远比美军践踏阿富汗这20年取得的成绩都大。
第一次感受到了舞台剧的震撼，这还是隔着屏幕的感受，在现场的话，非常幸福了！
看的百老汇官摄版本，歌曲好听，剧情节奏紧凑，只是故事内容单纯不是很对胃口，始终无法打动我。
它没有明讲"9.11"——但所有观众都很容易猜出这个背景。然后从一个不被大众熟知的视角——38架飞机迫降的小镇去讲这件无人不知的历史大事。
好感人
最精彩的无疑是女机长的自白之歌。还是挺感动的，但作为一部音乐剧，说话太多歌曲太少，然后每个演员都担任好几个角色稍微有些混乱。还可以吧，但没什么惊艳之处。
簡單來說就是 911大背景下的微觀群像，除了歌頌團結之類的普遍道德之外也不吝著墨於racist gender之類的沖突，其實是挺典的美式主旋律不過真誠得足夠打動人心😭好想去甘德看看
精彩绝伦的作品。把膝盖献给这群真正的演员。
人性的光辉时刻。特别在今年奥斯卡这么烂的情况下，期待一下托尼。不过911和双伊、伊拉克战争其实是有因果的。

故事的角度特别好 另一种角度表达社会事件后的社会变化 每个人都很善良 / 但我自己感觉略微有点主旋律 故事比较散 / 原来圆形转盘是百老汇标配啊！
官摄重刷，要不是这该死的疫情去年6月我就在现场……
在演出又被疫情取消的晚上看完了2020年因为疫情被取消的CFA。我真的太久没看过global视角+充满diversity的引进剧了…泪点很多，最戳我心的还是Me and the Sky。
就是幾年前看過這個令我一發不可收拾的愛上歌劇！
